Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for total care of each resident in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Communicate and interpret nursing policies and procedures to staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents when needed.
• Attend daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status and concerns.
• Other duties may be assigned with or without notice.
