Sweetwater Care seeks an experienced Nursing Services Administrator to oversee resident care, ensure compliance with physician orders and state guidelines, and supervise the Nursing Department for 24-hour operation.

The ideal candidate will hold RN licensure in the state, possess a nursing degree, and have 2+ years of supervisory experience in long-term or acute care settings. Strong leadership and communications skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state practiced.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; At least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate plans for total resident care in line with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff; monitor practice and compliance.
• Participate in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to review resident status and operations.
