Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in health care field in staff coordination and scheduling.
• Two years current experience in Long-term care.
• Two years scheduling 24-hour day operation.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Microsoft Office and Kronos.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the Nursing staff schedule in the Continuing Care Center.
• Oversee work hours and PTO approval with DON and NM within guidelines.
• Use basic mathematical skills to manage staffing data.
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
• Communicate effectively to gather and disseminate information.
• Proactively resolve problems and support continuous quality improvements.
