Colonial Oaks Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation - BOSSIER CITY, LA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules ensuring adequate coverage across nursing units. You will manage posted schedules, assist with education planning, and respond to scheduling inquiries, while supporting on-call needs as required.

The role requires 3+ years in long-term care with some leadership experience, and proficiency in scheduling software and PCC EMR to uphold

Qualifications

At least 3 years of Long-term Care experience required.
Some prior management experience preferred.
Proficient in scheduling software and PCC EMR; strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate resident care staffing schedules to ensure adequate staffing in clinical departments.
Prepare nursing unit schedules and maintain four weeks of posted schedules.
Oversee payroll-related tasks and verify hours, absences, and PTO.
Document scheduling changes and maintain accurate staffing records.
Assist in training new employees and guide during orientation.
