Qualificações

• NYS Licensed RN required.
• 2 years of long term care experience preferred.
• Strong physical assessment skills.
• Supervision experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to adapt to changing demands daily.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Nurse Manager in daily operations of the facility.
• Perform and supervise resident assessments and documentation.
• Conduct skin assessments weekly and PRN as indicated.
• Support quality care through QA processes and rounds.
• Precept nursing staff and serve as clinical resource to CNAs/LPNs.
• Assist with development of nursing staff and care plans.
• Ensure adherence to resident care plans and physician orders.
