• Uses master staffing schedule to ensure proper nurse coverage.
• Maintains regular communication with DON/ADON for staffing coordination.
• Prepares daily staffing sheets and updates as needed.
• Schedules staff time-off requests per guidelines and approvals.
• Ensures training coverage if staff are on leave or vacation.
• Assists payroll with nursing and nursing admin payroll processes.
