Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate the Nursing staff schedule in the Continuing Care Center.
• Oversee work hours of associates and coordinate PTO approval with oversight of DON and NM within established guidelines.
• Interpret schedules and written instructions; handle emergencies and maintain confidentiality.
• Demonstrates integrity regarding confidential information.
