Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Scheduling/Staffing Coordinator within Kingston Health Center of Fort Wayne. The role supports the DON in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the nurse staffing schedule to meet service needs and regulatory guidelines.

You will schedule for the nursing service department, adjust staffing based on budget and census, and ensure onboarding for new staff while maintaining quality patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a current, valid state CNA & QMA (CMA) certification.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Creates the four-week Master set schedule and posts it per Campus Hourly Scheduling policy.
• Makes staffing adjustments according to budget, census, calls-offs, and leave.
• Manages PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades.
• Generates postings such as BIPA, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules.
• Manages nursing hours (PPD) and staff ratio to census.
• Oversees Time and Attendance including Attendance points, buy-backs, and shift pick ups.
• Utilizes Smartlinx to post/open shifts and communicate with employees.
• Meets new employees to review schedules and onboarding needs.
• Provide direct patient care as needed as a CNA or QMA (CMA).
