Job summary

The Shores of Lake Phalen, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Scheduling Coordinator to support the Wellness Director and clinical team with scheduling and coverage for residents in assisted living and memory care.

You will manage PTO requests, ensure policy adherence, and coordinate staffing to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across shifts. This role requires two years of supervisory experience with direct care staff.

Qualifications

• Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures in support of the Wellness Director and clinical team.
• Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care with adequate services and staff coverage for the facility.
• Manages PTO requests for clinical staff and ensures time is approved by Wellness Director to support resident care scheduling.
