Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff schedules for the nursing department.
• Monitor staffing levels and manage shortages.
• Coordinate coverage for vacations, holidays, and sick leave.
• Communicate schedule changes to staff and post schedules promptly.
• Ensure scheduling complies with company policies and regulations.
• Maintain attendance records including PTO and sick time.
• Schedule new employee training and orientation for agency staff.
• Complete IT tickets for agency payroll and EMR access.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure training and certifications are current.
• Participate in meetings and quality improvement initiatives related to scheduling.
