Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; secretarial/clerical coursework preferred.
• Three years of experience in administrative/secretarial setting, healthcare staffing office or nursing unit preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and staffing software; excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Assist with call-off notifications and document absences.
• Identify and fill staffing gaps by contacting per diem staff, float pool, or agency resources.
• Manage and update department schedules; communicate changes and replacements.
