Mount Carmel Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a full-time Nursing Staff Scheduler to join our dedicated team. You will partner with the Director of Nursing Services to develop and post schedules, ensure adequate coverage, and support daily nursing operations.

Responsibilities include creating schedules two weeks in advance, monitoring staffing levels, securing replacements, maintaining staffing boards, coordinating contract staff, and providing administrative

Qualifications

• LNA license required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year scheduling experience in healthcare.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• OnShift experience preferred, but training will be provided.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to interact professionally with residents, families, staff, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post nursing staff schedules at least two weeks in advance.
• Monitor staffing needs and notify the Director of Nursing Services of shortages.
• Secure replacement staff and update schedules as needed.
• Maintain staffing boards and communicate staffing changes.
• Coordinate contract staffing when necessary.
• Manage Central Supply.
• Provide administrative support to the nursing leadership team.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
