Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking a Medical Records / Nursing Scheduler to keep the nursing department staffed, organized, and running smoothly. You’ll build schedules, ensure coverage, and coordinate call-offs while collaborating with nursing leadership to meet daily needs.

The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and a creative approach to staffing in a healthcare setting; STNA certification is a plus and scheduling experience is welcomed.

• Build and manage nursing schedules to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
• Coordinate daily staffing needs and adjust schedules as required.
• Communicate effectively with nursing leadership to maintain coverage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and create nursing schedules to ensure proper staffing and coverage
• Ensure daily building PPD requirements are met
• Get creative when it comes to covering open shifts and staffing challenges
• Coordinate call-offs, shift changes, and open shifts
• Work closely with nursing leadership and staff to maintain coverage
• Think outside the box to find staffing solutions
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records
• Monitor daily staffing needs and make adjustments as needed
