ScionHealth Round Rock is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support nursing units by coordinating staffing plans, verifying licenses, and liaising with hospital departments. You will assist with recruitment activities and maintain scheduling records to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll-related sheets, adjusting schedules as needed, and coordinating with Human Resources on hires.

Competenze

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• One-year experience as staffing coordinator in acute care hospital preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Coordinates staffing for all nursing units.
• Verifies licenses and certifications for staff.
• Assists nursing administration with recruitment activities.
• Maintains nursing payroll time sheets and scheduling records.
• Communicates staffing variances to the CCO/designee.
• Collaborates with Human Resources in the hire process and orientation.
