Hillsboro Health Center is seeking a Medical Records / Nursing Scheduler to keep the nursing department staffed, organized, and running smoothly. If you can build great schedules and meet staffing needs, we want you on our team.

Qualifications

• Must be organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Creative thinker who can find solutions when shifts need covered.
• Able to multitask and handle changing priorities.
• Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred.
• Scheduling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and create nursing schedules to ensure proper staffing and coverage.
• Ensure daily building PPD requirements are met.
• Get creative when it comes to covering open shifts and staffing challenges.
• Coordinate call-offs, shift changes, and open shifts.
• Work closely with nursing leadership and staff to maintain coverage.
• Think outside the box to find staffing solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
• Monitor daily staffing needs and make adjustments as needed.
