Indiana Masonic Home Compass Park in Franklin, Indiana, is seeking a skilled Nursing Scheduler to organize staffing for the Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, and Memory Care units. The role requires an LPN or QMA license and strong computer skills to manage schedules and records.

Candidates should have at least two years of college and proven experience in healthcare scheduling, with excellent organizational and communication abilities to work with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent education preferred.
• Valid LPN license or Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) license required.
• Strong computer skills with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in hospital, long-term care, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Follow safety procedures when handling supplies and equipment.
• Maintain staffing data and records as required by regulations.
• Develop and maintain schedules for nursing department personnel while adapting to changes and staffing needs.
• Fill open shifts promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate professionally with staff.
• Assist residents with banking needs as assigned.
• Assist with the employee onboarding process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
