Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Nursing Schedule Coordinator to oversee staffing levels and scheduling for high-quality geriatric care. The role collaborates with the Executive Director and Director of Nursing to balance resident needs with budgets and regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a state-approved medication administration training, an Indiana QMA license or be willing to obtain QMA, and strong communication skills to support residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved training program in medication administration.
• Indiana QMA license or CNA willing to obtain QMA license.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create staffing schedules to ensure provision of quality nursing care.
