Blaire House of Milford is seeking an energetic Nursing Scheduler to uphold our high standards for senior care. The role centers on completing the weekly nursing schedule and coordinating staff time-off requests in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.

You will assist with staffing and payroll accuracy, posting timely schedule corrections and ensuring alignment with census and budgeted patterns. A minimum high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in clerical or office management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Complete nursing schedule on a weekly basis.
• Facilitate time-off requests (vacation, family medical leave, etc.) in collaboration with DON.
• Assist nursing management with staffing by calling in off-duty staff as needed.
• Prepare and post time schedules; adjust hours to census and budgeted staffing.
• Coordinate with payroll/HR to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Work with nursing management to finalize open slots forms promptly.
