Qualifications

• BSN with active RN license and state nursing practice
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• Experience in adult or staff development and nursing practice
• Familiarity with nursing professional development principles and education
• Preferred advanced degree and professional certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Act as Learning Facilitator, guiding caregiver orientation and ongoing education using standardized tools
• Serve as Change Agent to implement evidence-based learning across care areas
• Provide mentorship to preceptors and caregivers for personal and professional growth
• Lead interprofessional learning and promote advancement of the NPD specialty
• Foster inquiry and knowledge sharing to improve patient care
• Advocate for NPD within the organization and support professional development
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth practice transitions and adoption of new learning initiatives
