Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
• Experience in adult or staff development.
• Nursing experience demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource and mentor for caregivers and preceptors to promote self-reliance and teamwork.
• Guide new caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools and adult learning principles.
• Collaborate across the organization to assess learning needs and implement evidence-based practices.
• Provide coaching for clinical coaches and caregivers to support growth and job enrichment.
• Facilitate interprofessional learning and advancement of the NPD specialty.
