Job summary

Abridge is expanding its Nursing product area, and we’re seeking a PM Lead for Nursing to own the end-to-end nursing journey. You will partner with nurses, nursing leaders, engineering, design, clinical science, ML, and customer teams to design and ship workflows that save time and improve care coordination.

You’ll define strategy, set KPIs, and secure adoption across hospital settings, with a hybrid NYC base preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in health tech or a related field.
Experience designing for nursing or clinical workflows.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and ML teams.
Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable product decisions.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure.

Responsibilities

Lead Nursing product strategy and discovery across inpatient, ED, and ambulatory use cases.
Deliver clinician-friendly nursing workflows and handoffs across mobile, desktop, and EHR surfaces.
Integrate deeply with EHRs (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and enterprise environments.
Define success metrics (KPIs) and build a monetization path with beta deployments.
