Job summary

Nourish is hiring a Product Lead, Care Delivery to guide AI-powered care workflows and programs across its clinical network. You’ll own the end-to-end roadmap, align care teams, and drive outcomes with data-informed decisions.

You’ll work with engineers, data, clinical strategy, and executives to scale quality care, with NYC in-person collaboration 3–4 days a week and some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• You have 7+ years of work experience.
• You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager.
• You’ve built complex workflow products and know AI-powered products.
• You’re highly analytical and data-oriented with metrics-driven thinking.
• You deeply understand your users and value clinician insights.
• You demonstrate strong product judgment and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery.
• Translate care models into AI-native workflows and guidance.
• Design longitudinal care programs and shared coordination workflows.
• Build measurement systems linking provider actions to outcomes.
• Define and track core metrics and run rigorous experiments.
• Lead discovery through launch with cross-functional teams.
