Job summary

Nourish in New York is seeking a Product Lead, Care Delivery to steer the evolution of AI-powered care across its clinical network. You’ll own the end-to-end roadmap for workflows, care programs, and quality systems that drive patient outcomes and retention.

This role centers on translating clinical standards and data from millions of appointments into real-time guidance for Registered Dietitians, plus AI-native charting and coaching outside sessions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience.
• 4+ years of product management.
• Experience building complex workflow products; AI-powered products preferred.
• Analytical and data-oriented; able to analyze data and define metrics.
• You understand clinicians and spend time with users.
• Excellent product judgment; able to set a bold vision and execute.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery.
• Translate care model into AI-native workflows and real-time guidance.
• Design longitudinal care programs and shared coordination workflows.
• Partner with data/clinical research to measure provider impact on outcomes.
• Define and track core metrics and run rigorous experiments.
• Own execution from discovery through launch with engineering and design.
