Job summary

Abridge, a San Francisco-based health AI company, is seeking a Product Manager to own strategy and execution for a core product area used by clinicians across ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient settings.

You will work with ML, engineering, design, clinical science, and commercial teams to ship workflows, notes, and artifacts that reduce administrative burden and improve documentation at the point of care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products that users love.
• Builder mentality with end-to-end ownership from discovery to launch.
• Strong user empathy and product taste.
• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clear roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for a Core Product area, defining vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Go deep with clinicians via hands-on user research and shadowing.
• Ship high-quality clinical workflows in collaboration with Eng, Design, and ML.
• Integrate with EHR environments (Epic and others) to fit clinical workflows.
• Define KPIs and drive outcomes with data-driven iteration.
• Navigate ambiguity, form hypotheses, and move fast based on data.
