Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of payroll or timekeeping experience.
• Experience with Infor or similar payroll/timekeeping systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end payroll and timekeeping for nursing departments and staffing resources.
• Audit time records, payroll transactions, and labor distribution for accuracy.
• Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies including OT, PTO, and leave.
• Review time records from departments and locations for correct cost center allocations.
• Develop and distribute payroll and labor reports using Excel and timekeeping systems.
• Collaborate with leadership on payroll projects and process improvement.
• Serve as the primary resource for Infor timekeeping processes and inquiries.
• Communicate policy updates and assist in standardizing timekeeping procedures.
• Handle emergency payroll requests in compliance with policy.
