Capital Medical Group, a newly acquired physician practice within Independence Physician Management (IPM) and a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical operations across a large multi-specialty network in the DC area.

This leadership role focuses on delivering safe patient care, guiding staff development, optimizing workflows, and ensuring MFA, infection control, and regulatory standards compliance while collaborating with the Clinic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated leadership/supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient appointments, patient flow, and patient records.
• Evaluates patient care delivery system and collaborates with physicians to optimize operations.
• Supervises staff and ensures delivery of care and proper documentation in the EHR.
• Provides coaching on clinical techniques and ensures adherence to best practices.
