Capital Medical Group, a large multi-specialty physician practice in the Washington, DC area, is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical operations, ensure quality patient care, and oversee staff performance within a MFA framework.

This role focuses on optimizing patient care delivery, staff development, compliance with HIPAA/OSHA, and coordination with physicians to maintain efficient workflows across the Capital Medical Group's network.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing or higher; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current and valid D.C. Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience with leadership/supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient care delivery system and optimizes operations with physicians.
• Monitors patient flow, appointments, and records.
• Supervises staff to ensure safe, compliant patient care and proper documentation.
• Supports infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines across the clinic.
• Plans orientation, mentoring, and competency verification for staff.
• Responds to clinical emergencies and coordinates EMS when needed.
