Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in the state of TN or applicable nursing license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Two years of professional clinical experience including one year in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling and staffing, including vacation and sick time.
• Serve as contact person for assigned employees.
• Payroll reporting and approving time sheets.
• Coordinate supervision to meet regulatory standards (CLIA/OSHA).
• Maintain master work schedule and assist in budget adherence.
• Participate in patient care assessment and staff education.
• Resolve customer service issues for department and maintain confidentiality.
