The position requires 5–7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and advanced MS Office skills. Responsibilities include regulatory reporting, financial modeling with Finance, and building dashboards for performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of related work experience.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related web-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-priority initiatives through data collection, analysis, project management, and reporting.
• Manage projects and/or multiple workstreams of complex projects; develop workplans and timelines; use SmartSheet; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery; keep leadership updated on progress and risks.
• Design and perform analyses to support decision-making; ensure data integrity; synthesize data from multiple sources; collaborate with Finance to develop financial models.
• Support regulatory reporting efforts through data collection and synthesis across the system.
• Build and maintain relationships across IT, HR, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Marketing & Communications, and clinical leaders.
• Develop tools to track performance and dashboards; present findings in written, visual, and oral formats.
• Support integration-related committees and teams to drive decision-making and communication.
• Present findings to diverse audiences; create data-driven, visually compelling presentations.
