Qualifications

• Current licensure from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare / Business Administration preferred; BSN required.
• AHA BLS certification.
• 3–5 years of related work experience and 0–1 years supervisory/manager experience.
• Demonstrated competencies working collaboratively across an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting, developing and ongoing performance management of staff to meet talent, clinical, patient experience, quality and financial goals.
• Nurse Manager serves as a role model for leadership, quality and service excellence.
• Assist the team in identifying patient care priorities and developing critical thinking in clinical areas.
• Collaborate with Director to prepare and monitor unit budgets and variance reports.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop standards of nursing care and advance practice.
