Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or similar field.
• Master’s degree in business or health administration highly desirable.
• 5-7 years of progressive business planning and quantitative data analytic experience, established knowledge of health care and principles of project management.
• Experience in strategic planning, finance or service line operations required.
• Experience using SQL, Tableau, mapping, and business intelligence tools strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality research and analysis into macro and industry trends, key competitors and new entrants, and disruptive technologies.
• Collaborate with strategic planners and business units to drive enterprise strategy execution and partner on local and divisional strategy projects.
• Conduct analyses of strategic, financial, and operational issues related to the Business Planning process.
• Evaluate overall fit of business development efforts within the context of BILH strategic direction.
• Perform advanced analyses, synthesize data, develop findings, and draft recommended strategies.
• Develop market data systems and tools (e.g., Sg2, CHIA/BISM, Doctivity, NRC, MHA reports, EMMA, NHHA) and innovate methods to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with IT to ensure completeness and accuracy of internal data feeds for outside sources.
• Assist SPBD Directors and AVP with DoN applications and regulatory reporting.
• Present business opportunities to senior leadership and build relationships with leadership and physicians.
