Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of related administrative support experience in a hospital setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with computer systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations; assess systems; handle complex, confidential matters.
• Liaise with division and supervisors; staff improvement projects; manage equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with Nursing leaders on regulatory readiness; participate in Environment of Care rounds.
• Manage facilities and clinical engineering projects; coordinate installations and maintenance updates.
• Represent department at meetings; coordinate with nursing leaders and patient relations re belongings and reimbursements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
