Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse license in the practicing state with no restrictions.
• Two years of direct patient care experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Supervisory or Unit Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement nursing policies and procedures reflecting the facility's mission.
• Conduct education, infection control, quality assurance and admissions screening as assigned.
• Supervise licensed nurses and nursing staff according to resident assessments and plans of care.
• Coordinate admissions and maintain census goals.
