Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
• Three years’ nursing experience with at least one year in progressive leadership in healthcare; internal HM optional two years leadership within HM.
• RN license in Texas (Texas Board of Nursing) and permanent license within 60 days if establishing residency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour operations for patient care in designated areas.
• Lead staffing, budget compliance, and staff development and coaching.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory alignment across departments.
