Qualifications

• Three years of nursing experience with progressive leadership.
• RN license in Texas (temporary/PSV compact) with plan to obtain permanent license within 60 days.
• Magnet certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work activities of unit/department staff.
• Ensure quality, productivity and patient care is delivered to standards.
• Staffing, budgeting and workforce decisions including hiring/terminations.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Provide training, monitoring and initiative implementation for compliance.
