Qualifications

• Three years experience in a clinical setting, two of those years with people management experience
• RN - Registered Nurse with Texas licensure, permanent license within 60 days if establishing residency
• Magnet-ANCC Recognized Leadership Certification within 1 year
• Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in nursing or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Directs, develops and implements strategic and operational/high level projects and processes for nursing units
• Oversees staffing, hiring, retention and performance evaluations to meet quality and cost targets
• Maintains 24/7 accountability for patient care and department operations
