Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing is required.
• Three years’ nursing experience with at least one year in progressive leadership.
• For HM internal, two years nursing experience including HM leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily work activities of department staff, ensuring quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Provide guidance to staff, staff development, and coaching; participate in staffing decisions.
• Lead department processes, policies, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, effective care.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration and communication to support patient safety and outcomes.
