The OA will lead interdepartmental collaboration, respond to urgent situations, communicate clearly with staff and leadership, and support continuous improvement in patient care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years hospital experience in nursing; HM internal requires four years with progressive leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assigns personnel and coordinates staffing across shifts.
• Models interprofessional communication and professional conduct.
• Supports policy adherence and performance coaching as needed.
