Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clerical or medical office administration experience.
• Active, unrestricted Hawaii Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Proficiency operating standard office computers and scheduling tools.
• Ability to stand and walk short distances; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing and payroll by creating employee schedules and fixing timecard errors.
• Track staff credentials, training, and medical clearance to ensure agency compliance.
• Coordinate residents by scheduling dental visits and mailing family updates.
• Perform clerical and backup tasks including attendance tracking, CNA floor support, and meeting minutes.
