This full-time role includes 8am-5pm hours with on-call rotation and requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to attendance, and experience with scheduling software such as Apploi or OnShift.

Qualifications

• Prior scheduling experience in healthcare or skilled nursing.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Apploi or OnShift.
• Knowledge of state staffing regulations for skilled nursing facilities.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage staff schedules for nursing and support teams.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels in accordance with state regulations and facility needs.
• Communicate shift changes, open shifts, and schedule updates to staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, time-off requests, and shift swaps.
• Collaborate with HR and nursing leadership to address staffing challenges.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding new staff as needed.
• Monitor compliance with policies related to attendance, punctuality, and staffing requirements.
• Provide support in handling last-minute schedule adjustments due to emergencies or call-offs.
