Luxor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage nursing department schedules, onboarding, and staffing stability. You will partner with the Administrator and Nursing leadership to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

The role requires CNA certification, strong interpersonal and organizational abilities, and exemplary communication skills, along with experience in scheduling and staff management. This full-time position is based in St.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and complete schedules for nursing department.
• Ensure staff onboarding and orientation in a timely manner.
• Maintain stable staffing levels.
• Assist with employee retention efforts.
• Coordinate scheduling with Administrator and department heads.
• Participate in management meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator.
