Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat in Georgia is seeking a hands-on Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support leadership and daily nursing operations in Tallapoosa. This role balances clinical care with oversight, staffing, and regulatory compliance.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, ensure safe medication practices, and collaborate with the nursing director and medical team. On-site, full-time position offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
Minimum of 3 years of professional nursing experience.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
