Lincoln Healthcare, partnering with a premier recovery center in the Texas Hill Country, seeks an experienced and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing leadership during an exciting growth phase.

The ADON will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, and ensure excellence in medical and behavioral health care within a safe, therapeutic recovery environment.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Background in behavioral health, detox, or psychiatric nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coach, supervise, and develop nursing staff.
• Implement policies for safe withdrawal management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control.
• Coordinate staffing and day-to-day department operations.
