Laughlin Healthcare Center in Greeneville, TN is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead and support our care team, ensuring high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance on a daily basis.

The ADON will supervise nursing staff, oversee care plans and incidents, participate in QAPI activities and facility assessments, and collaborate with the leadership team.

Requires Tennessee RN license, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• RN license (Tennessee)
• Supervisory experience in hospital/nursing home
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing staff and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Participate in census, resident care plans, complaints, concerns, QAPI and facility assessments.
