Job summary

East Cobb Center for Nursing & Healing, a respected skilled nursing facility in Marietta, GA, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead clinical operations and mentor staff.

The ADON will coordinate comprehensive nursing care, oversee infection control, partner with the DON, and support staff development through in-service education while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills are essential.
• Infection prevention experience preferred.
• Experience training and educating staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate comprehensive nursing care.
• Oversee infection control and quality assurance initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers on departmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and state/federal regulations.
