Job summary

Reliable Health Care Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Georgia to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The ADON will lead nursing staff, participate in budgeting, education programs, and on-call rotation, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of nursing staff.
• Assist in development and implementation of nursing education programs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Assist in development and management of nursing department budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Rotate on call with other nurse managers.
