• Current nursing knowledge and ability to mentor students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

• Improve instruction quality by reviewing and using innovative teaching techniques.
• Utilize online activities to enhance course content.
• Review and revise syllabi for specific courses within the program.
• Submit program reports to Director in a timely manner.
• Maintain current with new technologies and safety regulations.
• Keep student records of attendance, grades, and skills check-off forms.
• Assist with updating student files related to clinical requirements and immunizations.
• Teach courses at various times/locations to meet program needs.
• Teach lectures and clinical rotations (days, evenings, weekends).
• Participate in professional development and CE hours to maintain licensure.
• Participate in assigned committees as available.
