Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support the inpatient nursing population within a healthcare organization undergoing transformation. You will partner with CNO and nursing leaders to shape staffing, engagement, and workforce processes.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, leadership coaching, and workforce planning.
Healthcare experience in inpatient settings, especially nursing, is required.
Strong consultative and strategic partnering skills with compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as HR partner to CNO and nursing leaders on workforce strategy and employee relations.
Evaluate nursing staffing models and recommend improvements.
Audit incentives, pay add-ons, and differentials for equity and market alignment.
Coach managers on revised policies and enforcement.
Partner with recruiter to align hiring with market realities and pipeline needs.
Support onboarding, engagement, and retention within nursing.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with HRIS, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to deliver HR services.
