Job summary

360care is seeking a Regional Sales Specialist to drive the adoption of the Citizen Insurance product in nursing homes. You will educate facilities, promote enrollment events, and collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure smooth rollouts and strong client satisfaction.

The role requires 3 years of healthcare sales experience, a Health Insurance License within 45 days, and frequent travel (approx. 85%). Strong communication, CRM experience, and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Must have Health Insurance License within 45 days of employment.
• Strong phone presence and experience making multiple calls per day.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Must have own transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• High attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sales representative in the defined area.
• Travel 85% of the time.
• Partner with the sales team to introduce and promote the Citizen Insurance product to nursing homes.
• Plan and execute enrollment days, helping sign-ups for the Citizen Insurance product.
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing home admins and staff.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure proper utilization of the product.
• Monitor progress and results of rollouts and enrollment numbers.
• Provide regular updates to sales managers and product teams.
• Ensure enrollments comply with regulatory requirements and complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with nursing homes and clients.
• Handle inquiries promptly and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain HIPAA and PHI confidentiality and compliance.
