Job summary

360care is seeking a field-based Sales professional to drive adoption of the Citizen Insurance product in nursing homes. You will educate staff, promote the product, and guide enrollment events across the region, collaborating with the Sales Manager.

Require 3+ years in healthcare sales, licensure within 45 days, and willingness to travel up to 85% to facilitate smooth rollouts and ongoing customer support. Prior CRM experience helpful.

Qualifications

• 3 years of healthcare sales experience.
• Must have Health Insurance License within 45 days of employment.
• Strong phone presence and experience making multiple calls per day.
• Excellent communication, presentation and computer skills.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Must have own transportation with good driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sales representative in the defined area.
• Educate nursing home staff on Citizen Insurance product features and benefits.
• Plan and execute enrollment days and enrollment events.
• Travel 85% of the time to facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with nursing home administrators.
• Provide ongoing support and address concerns for proper product usage.
• Ensure enrollments comply with regulatory requirements and proper documentation.
